Hong Kong’s colourful melting pot history from its buildings…

This photography project aims to bring to life the old-charm, colonial beauty on one-hand combined with the baby steps taken over the last three decades to develop Hong kong into what was soon to become a world-class port city, serving as a gateway of China to the rest of the world and vice-versa.
Through my own lens, I attempt to uncover the reminiscence of this transformation and showcase the ‘once a fishing village’, to become the truly global, Asian financial centre, a concrete jungle of modern architecture and skyscrapers,  in the new millennium.
